Most CIOs cite strong executive ties as key to job satisfaction

A recent survey reveals that while only 14.2% of CIO respondents are actively looking for a new job, almost 50% said they are open to other opportunities. The survey also notes that the primary factor in maintaining job satisfaction among CIOs is strong relationships with the executive team, followed by influence in decision-making.
