N.J. residents: Full recovery from Sandy could take 5 years

Residents say New Jersey isn't "back to normal" after superstorm Sandy, and completely recovering from the storm's devastation could take as long as five years, according to the Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. The idea of building seawalls or sand dunes to prevent damage from future storms has the backing of about 90% of those participating in the poll.
