Survey studies social media ROI for small businesses

Social media activities result in a return on investment for 39% of small companies, according to a survey by Manta. Nearly three-fourths of respondents say they have at least one employee dedicated to managing social media, and the majority of small businesses say they have either maintained or increased the amount of time they are spending on social platforms.
