Time Warner Cable de–emphasizes the triple play

Time Warner Cable has shifted its sales focus away from the triple play package of television, Internet and phone, and instead is looking to "upsell" customers based on their Internet or TV preferences. The move was made in a first quarter that saw the company lose 119,000 video subscribers and 35,000 voice subscribers.
