Retaining health professionals as important as hiring them

While there is much emphasis in hiring the right candidate for a job, the concept of retaining a health professional deserves equal focus. The sales effort shouldn't end when a professional gets a job, and experts say it is in the best interests of a practice to take steps to reduce turnover and to create an environment where professionals want to work.
