Panasonic shares details on new line of 3-D plasma TVs

Panasonic late last week announced that its 3-D-ready Viera VT25 series of plasma TVs will begin shipping next month. The 50- and 54-inch versions will be available in the U.S. during the week of May 3 and will be priced between $2,600 and $3,000; the 58- and 65-inch iterations are set to hit retail destinations in June and will cost between $3,400 and $4,300.
