Boston bombing suspects talked of N.Y. attack, officials say

The men believed to be behind the Boston Marathon bombings talked about driving to New York City and detonating a device in Times Square, city officials said. While the two men drove around the Boston area on April 18, they had in their possession an explosive device similar to the pressure-cooker bombs they set off at the marathon, as well as five pipe bombs, New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said at a news conference.
