BWI airport eyes high-tech parking garage upgrades

Officials at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport are looking for proposals to upgrade parking at the hub as part of a project estimated at $11.9 million. "We are looking for an innovative system that offers flexibility and will be responsive to the needs of the airport and our customers," said Jonathan Dean, an airport spokesman, noting that they'd like to see something that updates visitors on open spots in real time.
