Commentary: Freeh makes tactical move with suit against Corzine

Steven Davidoff, a professor at Ohio State University's law school, and Peter Henning, a professor at Wayne State University Law School, write that MF Global Holdings bankruptcy trustee Louis Freeh put the firm's collapse on its former CEO Jon Corzine and two senior executives. "[R]egardless of the merits of the case, Mr. Freeh is clearly making a tactical move with his lawsuit," Davidoff and Henning write, noting that Freeh didn't name the company's directors or others in the lawsuit.
