Domino's deliveryman has worked his way up to multiunit franchisee

Rob Cookston began his career with Domino's Pizza in 1987 as a deliveryman at age 19 and today he owns and operates 18 stores in Connecticut and New York. Cookston's story is not uncommon at the pizza chain. According to spokesman Tim McIntyre, 90% of Domino's franchises are owned by former deliverymen or entry-level workers. "Domino's taught me everything about hard work and what it takes to run a business," Cookston said.
