Don't get too comfortable, Warren Buffett tells Coke's CEO

Coca-Cola CEO Muhtar Kent should be studying corporate failures and seeking lessons from them, said Warren Buffett at the soft-drink giant's annual meeting this week. "We want to see what has caused businesses to go bad, and the biggest thing that kills them is complacency," the Berkshire Hathaway CEO said. "You want a restlessness, a feeling that somebody's always after you, but you're going to stay ahead."
