Job candidates can impress an interviewer by bringing a "brag book" that displays thank you notes, project charts and other items from a previous job, career expert Jacqui Barrett-Poindexter suggests in this blog post. Barrett-Poindexter also suggests job seekers tweak their resumes and print out five to 10 copies using off-white, quality paper, and bring an action plan using research from social networks and industry publications.
