Just 2 Carestream bidders left, sources say

Several potential bidders for Onex Corp.'s Carestream Health have dropped out of the race, leaving only Bain Capital LLC and Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, according to sources familiar with the matter. The development may lower the chances for Onex to sell the medical imaging firm for $3.5 billion, as was hoped. The other bidders withdrew due to Carestream's unclear outlook, the sources said.
