Official: Transfer pricing needs better enforcement, not rewrite

Better enforcement of transfer pricing laws already on the books is the place to start for governments that want to keep more corporate profits at home, says Robert Stack, deputy assistant secretary for International Tax Affairs at the Treasury Department. Stack doesn't approve of the push to country-by-country reporting under which companies would have to describe where their profit centers are.
