Referral program rewards gym members who bring their friends

The b2be Sports & Wellness fitness studio in California has developed an effective referral program by giving members one-day VIP passes to share with friends, as well as giving rewards points to members whose friends show up to visit. The points can be redeemed for personal training sessions or classes. The program has earned the gym an average of one to two new referrals per day, said b2be marketing executive Emmanuel Corona.
