Senate sets date for final Marketplace Fairness Act vote

The U.S. Senate has agreed to proceed with the Marketplace Fairness Act, scheduling the final vote for May 6, when senators return from a district work break. "Clearly there is support -- but we need to be vigilant until that 51st vote goes our way on May 6," said Betsy Laird, senior vice president, ICSC Office of Global Public Policy.
