Survey: More startups will be hiring staff in 2013

A majority of startup companies in the U.S. and U.K. said they will be hiring staff this year, according to a survey by Silicon Valley Bank, with 90% of software makers saying they will be expanding their employee base. However, those polled said it isn't easy to find needed skills, with nine in 10 reporting that science, technology, math and engineering expertise in conjunction with business skills is hard to find.
