U.S. lawmaker sees low odds for Dodd-Frank reform

It is unlikely that legislation designed to amend some portions of the Dodd-Frank Act aimed at derivatives will become law, according to Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn. "If I were betting, I would say none of these bills will become law," he said. "I don’t think there's a lot of appetite in the Senate to get into which of these bills make sense and how are they balanced."
