Despite troubles, U.K. keeps its triple-A rating

Credit-rating agencies are standing by their AAA rating for the U.K.'s public debt, but say a future downgrade could occur. Underlying confidence in the U.K.'s ability to adapt to economic change and return to growth is the assumption that it can shift resources from the wounded financial services sector to other industries, according to The Wall Street Journal.
