Agencies will no longer have to pay for Google AdWords tool

Google's agency partners will no longer have to pay to access AdWords API, a tool for developers to build apps to interact with the AdWords platform, the company announced. The Google Advertising Professionals program also is morphing into a Google AdWords Certification program to train agencies on the use of the system.
