Armani hotel developer looks beyond Dubai

Emaar Properties PJSC, which this week opened its first hotel with fashion designer Giorgio Armani in the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, already is looking ahead to plans for new hotels in Milan and Morocco. The developer secured the right to build at least 10 Armani hotels and resorts in 2005, and in addition to a new hotel to open in Milan next year and a property in the Moroccan resort of Marrakech, the company has rights to build in cities including Paris, New York, Tokyo and Shanghai.
