AICPA survey finds Americans are still stressed over finances

Financial pressures are causing Americans more stress, with 47% of respondents reporting they are sleeping less because of these concerns, according to a survey by the AICPA. Other ways this stress is manifesting itself include eating more junk food, spending less time with friends and arguing with spouses. The AICPA's National CPA Financial Literacy Commission offers several tips for financially stressed individuals, including planning and prioritizing expenses and calling in a professional if necessary.
