How one district uses blending learning to teach Chinese

An Ohio school district is using a blended learning approach to bring Chinese language learning to more students amid a tightening budget. One teacher leads three classes on different campuses at the same time by using video conferencing and online exercises. "They tend to be more on task and respectful -- they don't see me every day, but every time I see them they are eager to work with me," language teacher Dun Zhang said.
