Stackmob makes migration tool for devs wary of Parse acquisition

Stackmob has developed a migration tool for importing Parse applications, for those developers who are apprehensive about Facebook's acquisition of Parse. This comes despite Facebook's promise that it won't change the development platform, Josh Constine writes. In fact, Parse CEO Ilya Suhkar says sign-ups are up nearly 10-fold since the announcement despite lingering questions over who owns the data on the Facebook/Parse network and how Facebook will use its ad network in a business-to-business context.
