Resort planned for Kansas City will boast world's tallest building

Vancouver's Neal S. Lachman Holdings is planning a $3.5 billion development in Kansas City, Mo., that will include the world's tallest building, largest indoor mall and most luxurious hotel. Lachman Holdings expects the complex, which has been named the Grand Americana Resort, to attract 60 million visitors per year.
