Court sides with P/C insurer on injury-coverage lawsuit

A federal appeals court in Philadelphia ruled that a property/casualty insurance company has no duty to defend and indemnify a company for an injury that happened in a place not included in the coverage. The policy's "premises provision" limits claims to those that arise from a specific location, the court found.
