How working long hours leads mothers to leave their jobs

Research suggests that working mothers are less likely than men or childless women to stay in professions in which they are expected to dedicate more than 50 hours a week to their jobs. Indiana University's Youngjoo Cha, who conducted the research, also found that there was a link between male-dominated professions and long working hours.
