Ind. districts are plagued by glitches in online testing

In Indiana's third year of a four-year online-testing contract, the state's problems with the computerized assessments have increased, with some districts postponing testing and officials questioning the validity of students' results. At issue are glitches that, in some cases, have caused students to be logged off for long periods of time during testing. Officials say they are not going to place blame for the issues before gathering more information.
