Job seekers looking for academic positions must be ready to answer tough questions such as why they are interested in that college and what skills and research they will bring, Belmont University math instructor Sarah Ann Fleming writes in this commentary. Also, they should be ready to ask about expectations for tenure, teaching load and whether living expenses are in line with salary. "Be prepared. Be as relaxed as possible.
