Second-screen viewing, videos drive demand for tech support, report says

More than three-quarters of U.S. broadband households have a network router to support multiple Internet-connected devices in the home, according to Parks Associates. The increase in Internet video viewing and second-screen activity with mobile devices is helping create more demand for technology support services, the market research firm reports.
