Sen. Gillibrand talked about as possible presidential candidate

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., is being quietly discussed as a credible candidate for the White House. Without attracting much attention, she has been building a résumé that would assure that she would be seen as a serious candidate for the presidency. However, if former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton runs in the next election, 2016 likely won't be Gillibrand's year.
