Va. hospital system to sell food based on nutritional value

Centra Health facilities in Lynchburg, Va., this summer plan to start pricing foods sold in its cafeteria based on nutritional value as a way to get people to make healthier choices. It is part of the system's sustainability program, which includes gardens and a greenhouse to grow produce, efforts to buy local foods and a program to reduce polystyrene usage.
