Kan. hospital staff test which fitness methods work best

Mercy Health Center employees in Fort Scott, Kan., are part of a pilot program aimed at finding out which fitness methods are best at improving the short-term and long-term health of Mercy staff. So far the team has lost 83 pounds in six weeks and expects to do even better as more exercise opportunities come with warmer spring weather.
