Premier aims to help hospitals meet health reform measures

The Premier health care alliance has unveiled an $86 million project designed to help hospitals tackle health reform requirements by leveraging informatics. "Using our data and collaborative capabilities, hospitals can compare their performance in specific areas, find opportunities for improvement and track the results of their efforts," a Premier executive said.
