Brazil's IVD firms released from international inspections

A Brazilian federal court has exempted the country's chief manufacturers of in vitro diagnostic equipment from inspections of their international facilities by the country's health regulatory agency Anvisa. The decision is the result of a challenge by the country's main IVD association over regulatory backlogs. Anvisa plans to appeal the decision.
