Change Cola targets health-conscious consumers with omega-3

Change Cola, launching this year in the U.S., is fortified with omega-3 fatty acids, said to provide cardiovascular protection. "There's a big hole in the diet for omega-3s," said founder Jim Phillips. The brand will target health food stores and other upscale retailers. "We want to be a cultural brand, an icon like Starbucks," Phillips said.
