"Haswell" processors are expected to boost Chromebook battery life

Chromebook models with Intel's next-generation "Haswell" processors are expected to emerge this year, offering longer battery life, Kevin Tofel writes. Separately, The Tech Report website says PCs with "Haswell" chips may need new types of power supplies to be compatible with the low-power processor. Intel didn't comment on the report.
