Mich. district considers adoption of Everyday Math

A Michigan school district is considering adoption of the Everyday Math curriculum because consultants and others say it is aligned with the Common Core State Standards. One consultant noted that math proficiency scores in other schools using Everyday Math have not been as negatively affected by the shift to the common core as rates in other schools.
