N.H. city council names longtime resident as next manager

The Berlin, N.H., City Council says local James Wheeler will become city manager in June. City Manager Patrick MacQueen will aid with the transition and retire by summer's end. Wheeler served as the city's engineer and public works director before leaving to work at Androscoggin Valley Hospital.
