Pennsylvania finds fracking not at fault for methane in town's water

Methane in the water wells of Franklin Forks, Pa., was not due to hydraulic fracturing, the state said. "We're pleased that a science-based, fact-finding effort by the state definitively showed that our operations were not responsible for methane migration issues," said Susan Oliver, a WPX Energy spokeswoman.
