Public has the "right" to access TV via Aereo, Diller says

Unlicensed streaming startup Aereo isn't just taking advantage of a "legal loophole" but is offering a service that the public has a "right" to access, according to Barry Diller, chairman and founder of IAC and a backer of Aereo. Diller said Aereo would be "very profitable," provided that it reaches "10 million, 20 million" U.S. homes, but legal expenses could jeopardize its success.
