Report: Government agencies not keen on moving to Big Data

A MeriTalk report finds that although surveyed local and state government agencies recognize the benefits of transitioning to Big Data, such as increased overall efficiency, faster decision-making and a better understanding of population needs, only 2% said they have a complete strategy for adopting the technology.
