Restaurant owner offers incentive for pickup of cigarette butts

Mike Roylos, owner of a restaurant in downtown Portland, Maine, is offering 5 cents this week for each cigarette butt removed from the city's streets. Roylos and a city councilor who is supporting the campaign say they hope the initiative will catch on and others in the area will donate to cigarette cleanup. Business owners in Portland are responsible for removing cigarette butts in front of their shops.
