Shell may have a June 30 deadline to decide on a particular location for its proposed cracker in Pennsylvania, but it is not restricted by that deadline to make the final decision on the cracker, said company spokeswoman Kimberly Windon. Tom Corbett said last week that he doesn't expect Shell to decide until next year.
