Should India's CEOs take their security more seriously?

India's business leaders are taking a remarkably laid-back approach to safeguarding their own security. It's not unusual to spot members of the Tata dynasty driving alone, to see billionaire Anil Ambani out training for a marathon, or to bump into industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla at the movie theater. That makes some security experts nervous: "In India everything on security is very reactive. We wish it was more proactive," says Neil Prasad of security-services company G4S.
