Smart bosses know when it's time to shut up

Too many bosses like the sound of their own voices more than those of their workers, writes Art Petty. Instead of sucking all the oxygen out of every room you walk into, try zipping your mouth and paying attention to your subordinates, Petty advises. "Seriously, shut-up and listen. ... And then do something with what you heard. You'll love the results," he promises.
