Stocks could sag as retirees seek conservative strategies, report says

As millions of baby boomers approach retirement and adopt more conservative investment strategies, stock values could fall and emerging economies will not grow fast enough to pick up the slack, says a report from HSBC. Equity holdings in the U.S. will fall to about 55% in 2030 from 60% today, the report forecasts.
