Sunscreen, minimally invasive procedures keep skin looking young

Using sunscreen and products that contain retinoids and antioxidants can ward off signs of aging, including wrinkles and discoloration, says dermatologic surgeon Leslie Baumann. Fillers and neurotoxins can further reduce fine wrinkles, says Baumann, as can light and laser treatments. Laser treatments "reduce the damage from the past and also proactively stimulate new collagen to make the skin look plumper, smoother and tighter," said dermatologic surgeon Leyda Bowes.
