Traveler demand outstrips supply of free Wi-Fi on aircraft

Travelers are finding that the demand for free Wi-Fi on airlines is outpacing the supply of reliable service. "No matter what the system is, none of them right now are showing the ability to keep up with passenger demand," said Mary Kirby, editor in chief of Airline Passenger Experience magazine.
