Training, test prep help Wis. district improve special-education scores

Green Bay, Wis., students with special needs are making gains on state tests. The district focused this year on better training in reading and math for special educators as well as better preparation for secondary students to take standardized tests. Last year, three district high schools and three middle schools failed to meet state goals for students with disabilities.
